Beach Bits:
• Entering the 2026 season Humana-Paredes has played in the finals of 12 of her 19 AVP events and has reached the title match in nine of the 10 cities she has competed in (did not qualify for the main draw in New York City in her first ever AVP event).

2025:
 Humana-Paredes and Wilkerson played in one AVP event, placing third in the season opener. The duo again played for the Palm Beach Passion in the AVP League, and for the second time finished with the league's second best record (6-2). They won their semifinal match but lost in the finals of the League Championship, finishing in second place. Internationally they competed eight times, winning one gold medal in Montreal to go with six fifth-place finishes, including in the the World Championships in Australia.
2024: Humana-Paredes and Wilkerson played in two AVP events, winning both while finishing with a 10-1 match record. The two players competed for the Palm Beach Passion in the inaugural AVP League season, ending with a 5-3 match record, the second best in the regular season. Internationally they played in seven events, winning three silvers and placing seventh in the Tour Finals. In the Paris Olympics the duo was seeded fourth but needed to win a luck loser match after going 1-2 in pool play.  The pair then won three straight matches to reach the gold medal match but lost in three sets.
2023: Humana-Paredes continued her new partnership with Brandie Wilkerson, playing in five AVP tournaments. The duo won the season opener in Miami and placed second three times. On the World Tour Humana-Paredes and Wilkerson played 10 times, finishing fifth or better each time. They won two golds and one bronze, and placed fifth in both the World Championships in Mexico and the World Tour Finals. The pair also placed second in the Pan Am Games.
2022: Humana-Paredes played the AVP season opener with Sarah Pavan, finishing in second place. The duo played five times internationally, winning once and placing fifth three times including in the World Championships in Rome. In addition they also won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, defeating Australians Mariafe Artacho and Taliqua Clancy. Humana-Paredes ended the season by pairing with Brandie Wilkerson for the first time, and the duo placed second in the AVP season finale in Chicago.
2021: Humana-Paredes and Pavan played exclusively on the FIVB Tour, playing in nine events. They won three silvers, including in the Tour Finals, one bronze, and had a pair of fourths. Humana-Paredes and Pavan earned the top seed in the Tokyo Olympics, and finished in fifth place after losing to Australians Mariafe Artacho and Taliqua Clancy.
2020: Humana-Paredes and Pavan competed in all three AVP tournaments in Long Beach, getting a second and two thirds.  
2019: Humana-Paredes and Pavan played in four AVP tournaments, winning two and placing second once. On the season they had a 19-3 match record with two losses to a number one seed. Internationally the duo played in 12 tournaments, winning three times including in the World Championships in Hamburg. In addition they won two silvers, had one fourth, and five fifth-place finishes including in the Olympic test event in Tokyo as well as the World Tour Finals.
2018: Humana-Paredes played in her first career AVP events. She and Pavan failed to advance from the qualifier in New York City, then placed fifth in Honolulu. Internationally Humana-Paredes and Pavan played 10 times and won two golds. They placed seventh in the World Tour Finals. The pair also won the Commonwealth Games in Australia by defeating Mariafe Artacho and Taliqua Clancy of Australia in the gold medal match.
2017: Humana-Paredes and Pavan played in eight FIVB tournaments, advancing to the semifinals seven times. In their first event of the season the duo won a silver medal. Both players collected their first gold medal in a five-star event in Croatia, winning four of the seven matches in three sets. Humana-Paredes and Pavan won a silver and a bronze before getting fourth-place finishes in both the World Championships in Vienna as well as the World Tour Finals in Hamburg.
2016: Humana-Paredes and Pischke played 12 FIVB events with a best of fifth. Humana-Paredes ended the season in the World Tour Finals in Toronto alongside Sarah Pavan for the first time, and they lost in the country quota match to Heather Bansley and Brandie Wilkerson.
2015: Humana-Paredes and Pischke competed in 10 FIVB events, with a best finish of fifth in the season opener. The duo placed fourth in the Pan Am Games in Toronto.
2014: Humana-Paredes and Pischke played in five FIVB tournaments, with a best finish of fifth in their last competition, a Grand Slam event in Brazil. The duo also played in the FIVB U-23 World Championships, compiling a 9-2 match record en route to a bronze medal.
2013: Humana-Paredes and Pischke advanced from the qualifier and placed 17th in an FIVB Grand Slam in Long Beach. The duo also won a bronze medal in the FIVB U-23 World Championships.
2012: Humana-Paredes played with Taylor Pischke in the FIVB U-21 World Championships, placing fifth. In that event the eight players in the semifinals combined to play in 10 Olympics and win four medals.
2011: Humana-Paredes made her pro beach volleyball debut in an FIVB event in Quebec alongside Altomare. The duo advanced from the qualifier and placed 25th. They then played in the FIVB U-21 World Championships and won a silver medal.
2010: Humana-Paredes played with Jennifer Cross in the FIVB U-19 World Championships, placing ninth.
2009: At the age of 17 Humana-Paredes played with Victoria Altomare in the FIVB U-19 World Championships, placing 17th.

College: Humana-Paredes was an outside hitter at York University. She was named the 2012 York University's Female Athlete of the Year and was a teammate with her pro beach partner Brandie Wilkerson all four years.

Personal: Humana-Paredes has one brother, Felipe, who played volleyball at York University. Her mother, Myriam, was a national ballet dancer while her father, Hernan, played on Chile's national volleyball team. Hernan coached both men's and women's volleyball at York, and coached the Canadian duo of Mark Cheese and John Child to a bronze medal in beach volleyball at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. She began playing beach volleyball at the age of 12.
